About SELAAF
This is the data infrastructure behind the Southeast Louisiana Adaptation Forum (SELAAF), a regional collaborative working to accelerate green infrastructure and climate adaptation projects across Southeast Louisiana. The catalog brings together hydrologic datasets, planning documents, and regulatory guidance relevant to flood risk, water quality, and coastal resilience, making provenance, access methods, and data lineage discoverable in one place without replacing the authoritative sources.
SELAAF builds on more than a decade of regional planning, including the Greater New Orleans Urban Water Plan and the Urban Water @ 10 initiative, and supports a science-driven approach to water management centered on the leadership of vulnerable communities. The catalog is publicly browsable; dataset submission and management require institutional credentials.
